We have preferred commercial arrangements with many different
venues in and around Cape Town to suit all you requirements and events
budget. The following areas are covered; Cape Town, Waterfront,
Blaauwberg, Durbanville, Southern Suburbs, Stellenbosch, Paarl,
Wellington, Franschhoek and Somerset West. If there is a specific venue
you had in mind please indicate it on the attached form.
STEP 2: SELECT YOUR ENTERTAINMENT THEME
We are able to bring you the
following entertainment options to create a unique year-end and
company functions. Some of the themes: Drumming, Fire Shows, Township
Tours, Cocktails Sensations, Game Drives, Marimba and other live
Music, Team Building Options, Food & Wine Paring and Adventure
activities.
Special venues and meals themes are also
available like French Gourmet, Italian Flair, Traditional German Food
and Beer, Township Cuisine, Traditional South African and Modern
Fusion Cuisine.
STEP 3: SELECT IF TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED
We offer luxury busses,
sprinters and minibuses to bring you safely to your venue and back. A
drop of service is also available by special arrangement.
STEP 4: SELECT OTHER OPTIONS
There are many other options you may add to your experiences; Spa
Treatments (men & women), Wine Tours, Safari Parties, Corporate Gifts
and Corporate Branded Items.
Find attached a
quotation request form where you can
indicate the type of venue you are interested in, followed by the type
of entertainment needed. Also indicate if transport needs to be
arranged. After receiving your fax, we will package your unique
experience. We will arrange for a professional functions Sales
Executive to visit your company to discuss your specific requirements.
